Delete your LaBuddy account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app (customers)

1. Open LaBuddy and go to Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account. It is deleted straight away.

If you have an order in progress, wait until it is delivered or cancel it first.

In the app (laundromat owners)

Go to your shop's home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then Send deletion request. Your shop stops taking bookings at once, and LaBuddy closes the account after settling any fees and orders, usually within a few days.

By email

Email support@labuddy.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Please delete my LaBuddy account". We reply within 7 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login, name, email address and phone number
• Your saved addresses, favourite laundromats, vouchers and invite code
• Your messages with LaBuddy and the notifications sent to your phone

What is kept, and for how long

• Your past orders and reviews, with your name, phone number and address removed, because laundromats need them for their sales and tax records. They are kept for up to 10 years, as Philippine tax rules require for business records, then deleted.
• Records of payments to LaBuddy (such as LaBuddy Plus), without your details, for the same reason.
